Minister of Transportation

He was born on July 4, 1987.

In 2008 he graduated from the Tashkent Automobile and Road Institute with a degree in Construction of Buildings and Structures, in 2010 he graduated from the University of Warwick (UK) with a degree in Industrial and System Engineering, in 2015 he graduated from Taraz State University named after Dulati with a degree in Economics.

He began his career in 2011 as an intern, an expert of the Committee on Water Resources of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan. 

From Aug. 2011 to March 2013, he was an expert, chief expert of the Department of Technology and Energy Saving of the Ministry of Industry and New Technologies of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

From March to Nov. 2013, he worked as Head of the Transit Policy Directorate of the Transit and Transport Logistics Department of the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

From Nov. 2013 to June 2014, he was Advisor to the Chairman of the Management Board of Maximum Regional Investment Centre LLP under the Akimat of South Kazakhstan region.

From June 2014 to Oct. 2015, he was Deputy Head of the Department of Entrepreneurship, Industrial and Innovative Development and Tourism of South Kazakhstan Region.

From Nov. 2015 to March 2017, he was Head of the Department of Entrepreneurship, Industrial and Innovative Development and Tourism of South Kazakhstan Region.

From May 2018 to July 2020, he worked as Director of the Department of Defence Industry Development of the Ministry of Industry and Infrastructural Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan, in June 2019, the functions of the Department were transferred from the Ministry of Digital Development, Defence and Aerospace Industry.

From July 2020 to July 2021, he was Chairman of the Industrial Development Committee of the Ministry of Industry and Infrastructural Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

From July 2021 to Jan. 2023, he was the Deputy Minister of Industry and Infrastructural Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

By Presidential Decree dated Jan. 4, 2023, he was appointed Minister of Industry and Infrastructural Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

April 4, 2023, by the Decree of the President, he was reappointed Minister of Industry and Infrastructural Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

On September 2, 2023 by the Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan he was appointed Minister of Transport of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

On February 6, 2024, by the Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan he was appointed Minister of Transport of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
