Ruslan Abdikalikov appointed chair of Information Security Committee of Ministry of Digital Development, Innovation and Aerospace Industry

By order of the Minister of Digital Development, Innovation and Aerospace Industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Abdikalikov Ruslan Kenzhebekovich was appointed chair of the Information Security Committee of the Ministry of Digital Development, Innovation and Aerospace Industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Ruslan Abdikalikov was born in 1975 in Kyzylorda.

In 1996, he graduated from the Kyzylorda Pedagogical Institute named after Korkyt ata as a teacher of mathematics and physics, in 2014, he graduated from Karaganda State Technical University with a Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems.

In 2005, he worked as a chief specialist of the Department of Service Systems and Technical Services for Information Systems of National Information Technologies JSC.

In 2005-2011, he was head of the Department, Acting Deputy Director of the RSE Engineering and Technical Center of the Central Election Commission of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

In 2011-2014, he was director of the Laboratory Testing Department of the Center for Technical Support and Analysis in Telecommunications.

In 2014, he worked as acting director, director of the Department of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Communications and Information.

From 2014 to 2016, he was head of the Control Department in Communications and Information of the Communications, Informatization and Information Committee of the Ministry of Investment and Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan

In 2016, he was deputy chair of the State Control Committee in Communications, Informatization and Mass Media of the Ministry of Information and Communications of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

In 2016-2019, he was deputy chair of the Information Security Committee of the Ministry of Defense and Aerospace Industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

In 2019, he worked as deputy chair of the Information Security Committee of the Ministry of Digital Development, Defense and Aerospace Industry.

From 2019, he has served as deputy chair of the Information Security Committee of the Ministry of Digital Development, Innovation and the Aerospace Industry.
