Yerlan Kozhagapanov relieved as Vice Minister of Culture and Sports of the Republic of Kazakhstan

By decree of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Yerlan Kozhagapanov was relieved of his post as Vice Minister of Culture and Sports of the Republic of Kazakhstan. This was reported by the press service of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Yerlan Kozhagapanov was born in 1968 in the Almaty region.

In 1992, he graduated from Buketov Karaganda State University, Almaty State University named after Abay, Russian Customs Academy.

He began his labor activity in 1989.

Over the years, he worked in the private sector, in government agencies and enterprises.

In 2020-2021, he was First Deputy Akim of Almaty.

From April 2021, he has been Vice Minister of Culture and Sports of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
