Rustem Bigari relieved as Vice Minister of Education and Science

By decree of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Rustem Bigari was relieved of his post as Vice Minister of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan according to the submitted application. This was reported by the Press Service of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Rustem Bigari was born in 1976 in Kokshetau. He graduated from Ualikhanov Kokshetau Pedagogical Institute, Kokshetau Institute of Economics and Management, Boston University.

He began his career in 1999 as a consultant to the Committee for Monitoring Programs and Projects of the National Environmental Center for Sustainable Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

In 2006-2018, he held various positions in the Administration of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

From June 2018, he has been the Vice Minister of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
