Talgat Yeshenkulov appointed Vice Minister of Science and Higher Education of Kazakhstan

By the Decree of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Talgat Yeshenkulov was appointed Vice Minister of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan. This was reported by the Press Service of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Talgat Yeshenkulov was born in 1978 in the Zhambyl region. 

He graduated from Taraz State University named after Dulati, the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the National School of Public Administration (Master's Degree), the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan (Doctoral Degree).

He began his career in 1997 as a senior accountant.

From 2000 to 2007, he worked in the Zhambyl regional court, the Department of Justice of Zhambyl region.

In 2007-2011, he headed the Department for the Protection of Children's Rights of Zhambyl region of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

From 2011 to 2016, he worked at the structures of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Accounts Committee for Control over Execution of the Republican Budget, the Ministry of Environmental Protection.

In 2016-2018, he was Deputy Chairman of the Committee for Control in the Field of Education and Science of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

From March to September 2018, he held the position of Vice Minister of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

2018-2020, he was the Chairman of the Committee for Quality Assurance in Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Vice Minister of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

From 2020 to 2021, he held the position of Chairman of the Committee for Quality Assurance in Education and Science of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

From June 2021 to the present time, he worked as Chairman of the Board, Rector of Taraz Regional University named after Dulati.
