Prime Minister Alikhan Smailov held the first meeting of the Republican headquarters for the implementation of President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev election program "A Fair Kazakhstan for Everyone. Now and Forever" for 2023-2029.

Minister of National Economy Alibek Kuantyrov reported that a detailed road map has been developed for qualitative execution of the election program, which includes 117 items in various areas with the indication of responsible government agencies and specific terms of their implementation.

Minister of Digital Development, Innovation and Aerospace Industry Bagdat Mussin said that monitoring of work on each item of the road map will be carried out through an interactive online dashboard in real time. This will exclude all paper-based reports, briefings and presentations.

It is also planned to provide for visual monitoring of infrastructure and investment projects by means of video cameras installed in the field. This will allow to directly see the implementation of all projects online.

The Prime Minister stressed that the meetings of the Republican Headquarters will be held regularly and the first report on the execution of the Roadmap should be ready by April 20, 2023.

"Heads of ministries and akimats should keep the work on the Roadmap under their personal control. The President's election programme is our main document for the next seven years. We need to fully and qualitatively implement all the instructions of the Head of State in practice," Alikhan Smailov said.

He also added that application of digital technologies will enable transparent monitoring and efficient implementation of all planned activities.

"It will be a convenient tool to see at what stage the implementation of each task and where the work should be activated. On the other hand it will significantly reduce the amount of paper reporting, as everything will be online," Alikhan Smailov concluded.
