Over 47,000 people to be trained in Kazakhstan within productive employment program

The Minister of Education and Science Yerlan Sagadiyev reported about this at the meeting of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan under the chairmanship of Prime Minister Bakytzhan Sagintayev. The issue of the implementation of the Program for Productive Employment and Mass Entrepreneurship was considered at the meeting.

According to the minister, 21,3 thousand people will be trained and 26 thousand people will take courses in 2017. 825 mobile teams have been established In the regions to form training applicant lists. Applicants are formed from the number of graduates from 9th to 11th grades, persons who do not have qualifications, from low-income families and experiencing difficulties in the life situation and other categories of citizens. A list of 360 educational organizations was determined.
 

 "The Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan are developing modular of integrated training programs on technical, agricultural, technological and service and specialty services. Participants will be provided with a scholarship, one-time hot meals, travel," the minister stressed.

Employment centers include participants under 29 years of age, unemployed, regardless of registration in employment centers and self-employed. Participants will be provided with a scholarship, travel, accommodation. A list of 380 educational organizations was determined.

The curricula for the course training are approved and agreed with the Regional Chambers of Entrepreneurs. Work to create mobile training centers in remote communities in five pilot regions is under way.

Y. Sagadiyev underlined that as of April 3 this year, 350 students are enrolled, lists of trainees for 4000 people are formed.
