In the course of his speech, B.Sagintayev underlined that Kazakhstan has taken place as a country with high indicators of social and economic development and has firmly entered the 50th most developed countries of the world in many parameters. However, the modern world is changing at a rapid pace, and we are witnessing another round of technological revolution, which brings great changes.
Realizing new global trends, the President of Kazakhstan N.Nazarbayev announced the Third modernization of Kazakhstan, which should create conditions for accelerated digitalization of the economy, creation of new industries, integration of industry elements 4.0 and digital technologies in all sectors of the economy.
The Prime Minister of Kazakhstan emphasized that during his working trip to the USA, a number of interesting meetings with representatives of leading companies in the field of artificial intelligence, education, financial and mobile technologies were held. They demonstrated how technological entrepreneurship solves global challenges and how many new opportunities and markets open when innovation is introduced.
In this connection, B.Sagintayev emphasized that Kazakhstan needs advanced companies and global venture funds for joint work on modernization of the country's economy.
For this reason, Kazakhstan has opened an official representative office in Silicon Valley. As a result of the meetings, a roadmap for attracting technologies and investments, adaptation and transfer of innovations to Kazakhstan will be created.
At the end of his speech, the Prime Minister of Kazakhstan noted that Kazakhstan is open to new ideas, technologies and investment initiatives, and invites large US companies to take an active part in the implementation of joint projects.
