Government of Kazakhstan considered the plan of legislative works for 2018

At the meeting of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan chaired by the Prime Minister Bakytzhan Sagintayev, the Minister of Justice, Marat Beketayev, reported on the Draft Plan for 2018.

According to the minister, the draft plan envisages the development and submission of 16 bills to the Parliament in 2018. Among them are draft laws on transport, guaranteeing the professional responsibility of medical workers, the safety of hydraulic structures, the protection and use of objects of historical and cultural heritage, and others. In general, it is planned to develop 5 independent laws and make amendments and additions in 10 existing laws.

"Also, the MCS RK has initiated the introduction of amendments and additions to some legislative acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan on physical culture and sports," M. Beketayev concluded.
