B. Sagintayev explained the essence of the ongoing constitutional reform in the country and told about the work of the Government on the implementation of the President's Address "The Third Modernization of Kazakhstan: Global Competitiveness."
Prime Minister of Kazakhstan noted that in order to create a new model of economic growth, the Government will focus on 5 key priorities, including the development of mass entrepreneurship, raising productive employment, technological renewal and digitalization of the economy, ensuring financial sustainability and implementing sector programs.
Participants of the meeting discussed topical issues of the region and made their proposals for further socio-economic development of East Kazakhstan region.
The issues of housing construction, agricultural development, state support for health, the development of vocational education and the introduction of a trilingual education system were raised at the meeting.
In general, the public expressed support for the ongoing constitutional reform and the tasks outlined in the President's Address.
Within the framework of the meeting with the public, mayor of Semey Yermak Salimov, chairman of the city council of veterans Amantay Dogalakov, director of "Sat Trans" LLP Nurlan Baybekov, director of the electrotechnical college Azat Sarpekov, an English language teacher at Lyceum No.7 Marina Ustyuzhaninova, Vice President of the International Society "Kazakh language" Oral Sharipbayev, members of the city council of veterans Nasen Sembayev, Duisen Sultanov made a statement.
At the end of the meeting, Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan B. Sagintayev gave a number of specific instructions to the regional administration and the city on the further social and economic development of the region.
During a working visit to East Kazakhstan region, Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan Bakytzhan Sagintayev held a meeting with the public of Semey, during which he discussed topical issues of social and economic development of the region.
