The working trip to the region began with a visit to some industrial and social facilities in Ekibastuz.
At the LLP Ekibastuz State Regional Power Plant named after Nurzhanov, the deputy prime minister and the minister of labor and social protection of the population held a meeting with akims of cities and regions, heads of large enterprises, businesses and trade unions.
“Each company should strive to be socially responsible, take effective measures to address the social and housing issues of its employees, help akimats in the development of the social and labor sphere. Therefore, it is necessary to continue this work systematically,” said the deputy prime minister.
Then they examined the greenhouse complex of GreenHouse KZ LLP, which grows 10 million roses and 4 thousand tons of tomatoes annually. The company employs about 200 people, the average salary is 120 thousand tenge. It is planned to open about 300 new jobs, mainly for women from low-income families.
Then Abdykalikova and Saparbayev visited the families of locksmith Nariman Kenzhebaev and machine operator Kuat Nurkeyev, who received apartments under the 7-20-25 program initiated by Elbasy. The initial payment for the houses was made by the enterprises where they work.
At the Interregional Training and Retraining Center for the Fuel and Energy Industry under construction, Abdykalikova and Saparbayev familiarized themselves with the activities of the Kainar education and leisure complex and met with young people.
A young businessman from a village G. Aldibekov shared his plans at the meeting. He started his business, having received a preferential loan of 2.5 million tenge through the Damu fund. Today, his farm has 100 horses, 77 heads of cattle, 120 sheep. Aldibekov appealed to his peers to go to the village, engage in animal husbandry and plant growing, noting that the state created the necessary conditions for this.
Other members of the working group visited the districts of Pavlodar region. Shamshidinova left for Terenkol district, Birtanov went to Maysky districts, Zhayymbetov visited the cities of Pavlodar and Aksu, Kuanganov went to Aktogay district.
The members of the working group met with the pedagogical and medical community, visited healthcare and education facilities, construction sites, held a personal reception of citizens.
