The Prime Minister visited the building of the production complex, got acquainted with the process of growing sturgeon species in the closed water supply system, and also inspected the hall of the incubation shop and the winter keeping of fish. The director of the fish-breeding complex Askar Taubayev informed Bakytzhan Sagintayev about the current activities of the enterprise and the prospects for carrying out the modernization of production here.
The Caspian Royal Fish LLP fish hatchery, which has been operating since 2014, is engaged in the artificial breeding and processing of commercial sturgeon fish, as well as the production of edible caviar.
During the period of its formation, the enterprise twice applied for state support measures: within the framework of lending through KazAgroFinance JSC for the purchase of equipment, and under the Business Road Map 2020 program for the construction of the engineering and communication infrastructure.
It should be reminded, according to the instruction of the Head of State, one of Kazakhstan's strategic goals is to ensure the contribution of small and medium businesses in the country's GDP of at least 50% by 2050. In this regard, the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan is carrying out a comprehensive work to reduce all types of costs for business and the state's share in the economy.
At the same time, work is underway to expand public-private partnership and implement the Program for Productive Employment and Mass Entrepreneurship, which includes a number of tools to support business.
