Sergazy Omash appointed chairman of Land Management Committee of the Ministry of Agriculture

By the order of the Minister of Agriculture, Sergazy Omash was appointed to the position of the chairman of the Land Management Committee of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Sergazy Omash was born in 1979 in the Karaganda region. He graduated from the Russian Academy of National Economy and Public Service under the President of the Russian Federation (economist), Karaganda State Technical University (engineer) and the Themis Law Academy of Karaganda State Technical University (lawyer).

He began his labor activity in 2000 as a tax inspector of the Information Support and Accounting Department of the Tax Committee for the Oktyabrsky District of Karaganda.

From 2001 to 2009, he worked in Karaganda regional department of communication and information of Karaganda city, Department of Internal Affairs of Karaganda region.

From 2009 to 2010, he was the chief expert, the head of the Department for the State Policy on Informatization at the Information Technologies Department under the Agency of for Informatization and Communications in Astana.

From 2010 to 2012 — head of the Department for the Formation of Informatization State Policy of the Department of Information Technologies of the Ministry of Communications and Information in Astana.

From 2012 to 2013 — deputy chairman of the Transport Control Committee of the Ministry of Transport and Communications.

From 2013 to the present day, he was head of the Information Technologies and Information Resources Protection Division at the Department for Ensuring the Activity of Courts under the Supreme Court of Kazakhstan (apparatus of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Kazakhstan).
