Chairman of the Science Committee of the Ministry of Education and Science Bolatbek Abdrassilov, within the framework of the press conference in the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan, announced the intention of the Ministry to create an educational resource on which the scientific materials of the international exhibition Expo-2017 will be collected.

"I would like to inform you that we are creating an information platform. This is likely to be a site where the main educational technologies will be placed. We must not lose the legacy of the Expo," said Bolatbek Abdrassilov.

As B. Abdrassilov noted, the main goal of the portal is to introduce schoolchildren, young people studying to those scientific achievements that exist today in the world. At the same time, given the widespread introduction of so-called "academic freedom" in Kazakhstan, the portal will enable Kazakhstani teachers to improve their teaching methods.

The resource is planned to collect materials that are of interest for both scientific research and educational purposes. At the same time, it was noted that access to it will be provided not only for schoolchildren, teachers, students, university teachers and scientists, but also for all interested citizens of Kazakhstan.

Abdrassilov also stressed that now even the most remote rural schools in Kazakhstan will have the opportunity to join the achievements in the field of educational technologies.
