The Kazakhstan delegation led by Deputy Prime Minister Askar Zhumagaliyev made a working visit to Kazan.

The first object to visit was the IT Park, the residents of which are 143 start-ups. During the visit, Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan – Minister of Information and Communications Roman Shaikhutdinov spoke about the main achievements of the Republic in the development of IT technologies. So, according to the Vice-Premier, Tatarstan has completely abandoned the paperwork, now, 200 thousand documents and 165 thousand resolutions are created in electronic format every day. Also, all social spheres are widely covered by digitization. 18.5 thousand medical personnel work in the Electronic Healthcare information system. More than a million Tatarstanians, including teachers and parents, have become users of the Electronic education system.

In addition, the delegation was provided with the GLONASS + 112 information system. Today, all emergency operational services of Tatarstan are connected to it. This enables synchronization and coordination of their work in any unforeseen situations. This system also makes it possible to track signals from victims and organize assistance in a very short time.

As part of the visit to the IT park, a memorandum of understanding and cooperation was signed between SAI "IT Park" and JSC "Kazakhtelecom". The Memorandum presupposes the establishment of partnerships and the exchange of experience in the development of cloud storage technologies, information security, artificial intelligence, the Internet of things and in other directions.

Then the delegation visited the Innopolis Special Economic Zone, where the innovations of the University of Innopolis in the field of information technology were presented. Innopolis itself is a city whose inhabitants are talented developers. Five tax privileges operate on the city territory and all necessary infrastructure for living is created.
