By the decree of the Government of Kazakhstan, in accordance with the Labor Code and with the aim of effective use of work hours, the non-working days in 2018 which fell on Saturday were rescheduled: 
 

The rescheduled non-working days in 2018: 

• from 3 March to Friday, 9 March; 
• from 28 April to Monday, 30 April; 
• from 5 May to Tuesday, 8 May; 
• from 25 August to Friday, 31 August; 
• from 29 December to Monday, 31 December.

For reference: According to paragraph 3 of Article 85 of the Labor Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, in order to rationally use working hours during holidays, the Government is entitled to postpone the weekend on other working days.
