Aidarbek Saparov appointed first vice minister of agriculture

By the Decree of the Government, Aidarbek Saparov was appointed first vice minister of agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Saparov was born in 1966 in the village of Krasnoe, Bulaevsky district of North Kazakhstan region. He graduated from the Omsk Agricultural Institute, Kozybayev North Kazakhstan State University.

He began his career in 1984 at the Kalinin State Farm. Over the years, he worked in the private sector. In 2003–2006 he was deputy director, first deputy director of the North Kazakhstan regional representative office of Prodkorporation JSC. In 2006 he was head of the Regional Territorial Inspectorate of the Ministry of Agriculture in North Kazakhstan Region. In 2006–2008 he was akim of the district Shal Akyn of the North Kazakhstan region. From March 2008 to April 2010 he was akim of the Magzhan Zhumabayev district of the North Kazakhstan region. From April 2010 to September 2011 he was deputy akim on agriculture of the North Kazakhstan region. From September 2011 he has served as first deputy akim of North Kazakhstan region.
