Arman Shakkaliyev relieved as chair of Committee for Technical Regulation and Metrology of Ministry of Trade and Integration

By order of the minister of trade and integration, Shakkaliyev Arman Abayevich has been relieved as chair of the Committee for Technical Regulation and Metrology of the Ministry of Trade and Integration of the Republic of Kazakhstan at his own request in connection with the transfer to another job. This was reported by the Press Service of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Arman Shakkaliev was born in 1977 in the Karaganda region.

He began his career as a legal advisor of the Agency for the Reorganization and Liquidation of Enterprises in Astana and Akmola region. He began working in the field of technical regulation in 2004 as director of the Republican State Enterprise, Kazakhstan Institute of Metrology.

From June 2008 to April 2016, he served as director of the Republican State Enterprise, Kazakhstan Institute for Standardization and Certification.

In April 2016, he was appointed director of the Department of Technical Regulation and Accreditation of the Eurasian Economic Commission. In July 2018, he was appointed chair of the Committee for Technical Regulation and Metrology of the Ministry for Investment and Development. From August 2019, he has worked as the chair of the Committee for Technical Regulation and Metrology of the Ministry of Trade and Integration.
