The Head of State made personnel changes. This was reported by the press service of Akorda.

By the decree of the Head of the State, Alimkhan Yessengeldiev was appointed the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Kazakhstan to the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan.

By another Decree of the Head of the State, Omirtai Bitimov was relieved of his post as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Kazakhstan to the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan.
