NIT JSC to continue work on integration of information systems — B. Kassabek

Today at the press center of the Government, Deputy Chairman of the Board of NIT JSC, Botagoz Kassabek spoke on the integration of information systems of state bodies that will allow, as it is said in the 8th direction of the Address of the Head of State "Effective Public Administration", to switch from rendering separate services to complex ones based on the ‘one application’ principle,.

As Botagoz Kassabek noted, the National Information Technologies is constantly working on the integration of information systems (IS) in this direction.

"To date, 157 information systems of state bodies have been integrated. 32 second-tier banks, including Kazpost, have been connected to the payment gateway of the e-government, with regard to the provision of information by banks to the state agencies about the payments made and (or) transfers of money related to payments to the budget," said Botagoz Kassabek.

Through the integration of IS, the transition to the provision of integrated services on a ‘single window’ principle is carried out, when using a number of integrated ISs, the user can access the services with a single request, without visiting several agencies.

"To date, the e-government portal provides an opportunity to receive 237 services, eLicense.kz portal — 440 automated services. Among them, 44 online services are available through the business line in terms of registration and development of business, licensing, taxes, banking, subsidies, etc.," B. Kassabek noted.

According to the data of 2017, more than 1 911 325 transactions were made for the amount of 17 986 990 949 tenge. In general, the amount of all payments for the period of the service on the portal amounted to more than 47 billion tenge.

At present, thanks to optimization, business registration online is simplified. Through the egov, since 2012, more than 177,824 companies have already been opened. In 2017, more than 48,367 legal entities were registered.

Also, a new complex service "Registration of a legal entity, taking into account the opening of a bank account and compulsory insurance of an employee against accidents in the performance of his labor (official) duties” has been launched on the egov.kz portal.

Thus, at the stage of registration of a legal entity, it is possible to apply for an electronic opening of a bank account and the conclusion of an insurance contract for employees. The works on connection of second-tier banks and insurance companies were carried out.

In addition, since the beginning of 2018, a service for obtaining electronic certificates by third parties, such as address information from the place of residence, references on the absence (presence) of real estate, of registered rights to real estate.
