Deputy Prime Minister - Minister of Trade and Integration of the Republic of Kazakhstan Bakhyt Sultanov held a reception of citizens at the Amanat party republican public reception.

During the reception, which lasted more than 2 hours, Sultanov considered the problems of six citizens. Residents of the cities of Nur-Sultan, Almaty, Kyzylorda and Petropavlovsk, East Kazakhstan and Aktobe regions asked for help in solving their problems.

Issues such as the tax policy in the field of public catering, taking into account the lowering of the threshold for VAT registration, the implementation and definition of a financing mechanism for the gasification project in Kokshetau and the region, holding an exhibition of equipment and spare parts from China in Almaty, etc., were considered.

Bakhyt Sultanov instructed the Akimat of the East Kazakhstan region not to delay the consideration of the issue of summing up the production infrastructure and installation of a power line to the entertainment complex for winter recreation of Ust-Kamenogorsk residents created by private business.

The Ministry of Finance was instructed to carry out large-scale explanatory work on taxation issues (special tax regime and VAT registration) for public catering enterprises at the public reception sites provided by the Amanat party, to involve NCE Atameken for the ongoing explanatory work.

“Our entrepreneurs express concern that the VAT regime will affect all participants in the public catering sector. Today, several businessmen received from the Ministry of Finance an exhaustive explanation on the conditions for the transition to VAT. We were able to calm down the business. Now this needs to be done not only for our today's interlocutors, but for all market participants, it is imperative to involve industry associations, primarily the Restaurant Business Association,” Sultanov said.

The vice-premier also urged to take over the party control of his order to the akimat of Aktobe to resolve the issue of a resident of the city, who complained about the bureaucratic delay in the signing of acts of work performed.

Bakhyt Sultanov gave detailed answers to all appeals. All issues raised in the Amanat host party are taken under the personal control of the Deputy Prime Minister. Responsible persons were given appropriate instructions.
