Today in Ukimet Uyi, the Prime Minister Bakytzhan Sagintayev held a regular meeting of the Board of Directors of National Managing Company “Baiterek” JSC.

During the meeting, the Company's plans for 2018 were reviewed, during which the conclusion of an arrangement with Development Bank of Kazakhstan JSC was approved. According to the contract, DBK-Leasing JSC (a subsidiary of Development Bank of Kazakhstan JSC) was given a loan for long-term leasing financing within the framework of the Business Road Map 2020 program.

In addition, the Board of Directors approved the matrix of business processes, risks and controls of the holding for 2018, the report of the internal audit service for the 4th quarter of 2017 and reviewed the results of an external independent evaluation of the effectiveness and quality of the internal audit services of the Baiterek Holding Group.
