Bakytzhan Sagintayev holds a number of bilateral meetings with participants of the Kazenergy forum

Today in Astana, within the framework of the Kazenergy forum, Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan Bakytzhan Sagintayev held a number of bilateral meetings with former President of Iceland Olafur Grimsson, Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation Arkady Dvorkovich, Director of Royal Dutch Shell on exploration and production Andrew Brown.

Issues related to the implementation of joint projects in Kazakhstan, including the North Caspian Sea (Kashagan), Karachaganak and the Caspian Pipeline Consortium, as well as cooperation in the development of green energy were discussed during the meetings.

Also, the participants considered a wide range of issues of bilateral relations, including in the sphere of increasing trade turnover, expanding trade cooperation, transport and logistics potential of the Eurasian space, interregional and cross-border cooperation, science and culture.

At the same time, the issue of the forthcoming exhibition in Astana was raised in the framework of the draft state program "Digital Kazakhstan".
