Bakytzhan Sagintayev meets with representatives of ExxonMobil

Today in Ukimet Uyi Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan Bakytzhan Sagintayev met with representatives of ExxonMobil Production Company headed by the company's president N. Duffin.

During the meeting, issues of the current activities of ExxonMobil in Kazakhstan, including the implementation of projects to develop the oil fields of Tengiz and Kashagan, were discussed.

The company started its activity in Kazakhstan in 1993 and is one of the first large investors in our country.

ExxonMobil owns a 25% stake in Tengizchevroil LLP, which is developing the Tengiz field, 16.81% under the North Caspian Sea Production Sharing Agreement, which includes the Kashagan field and 7.5% of the share in the Caspian Pipeline Consortium.
