The Head of State received Olzhas Suleimenov, a well-known poet, writer and the holder of Kazakhstannyn Enbek Yeri title. This was reported by the press service of Akorda.

During the meeting, topical issues of modern Kazakh literature and its role in the spiritual modernization of society have been taken into consideration.

The word painter has also shared his creative plans for the period ahead.

Nursultan Nazarbayev expressed his condolences to Olzhas Suleimenov in connection with the tragic death of his grandson Iskander.
