By the decision of the First President of Kazakhstan – Elbasy, the heads of structural divisions in his Office appointed:

• Aidos Ukibay was appointed press secretary of Elbasy;
• Arslan Dandybayev – chief of the Elbasy Protocol;
• Nurlan Ybyraiym – head of the Organizational Work Department;
• Nurlan Kaymoldayev – head of the Documentation, Finance and Personnel Department;
• Askar Moldagarinov – head of Secretariat of the Head of the Office of Elbasy;
• Eldar Tomashov – head of the Secretariat of the Assistant to Elbasy.
