During the official ceremony of accepting credentials, President of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev congratulated William Moser, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the United States of America, on the official start of diplomatic work in Kazakhstan and noted the importance of this event for strengthening bilateral relations.

"We highly appreciate the current level of Kazakhstan-US relations. I would like to express my gratitude to the US President Donald Trump for his warm wishes to me as the new President of Kazakhstan," Kassym-Jomart Tokayev said.

In turn, William Moser thanked the Head of State and particularly emphasized the prospects for bilateral cooperation in the context of the visit of the First President of Kazakhstan Nursultan Nazarbayev to the United States of America last year.

At the end of the meeting, Kassym-Jomart Tokayev once again congratulated Mr. Moser on the start of the diplomatic mission in Kazakhstan and expressed confidence that his work would further strengthen friendship and trust between the two countries.
