National Welfare Fund Samruk Kazyna JSC will annually allocate not less than 7% of net income to Kazakstan Khalkyna Public Fund. Corresponding rules regulating the order of funds allocation have been approved by the resolution of the Government of Kazakhstan.

According to the resolution Kazakhstan khalkyna fund is obliged to use transferred funds for their target purpose. It should be noted that today the Fund has more than 25 charitable programs in six areas, including medicine, education, sports, culture, social support and disaster relief.

In particular, there are programs to provide patients with medicines, youth and children with disabilities with innovative prosthetic and orthopedic devices, establish rural schools, early intervention centers, centers for children with autism, equip medical institutions with modern equipment, provide educational grants to graduates of rural schools and students from socially vulnerable groups and many others.

Recall that the initiative to transfer annually at least 7% of net income of Samruk Kazyna to the public fund Kazakhstan Halkyna was announced by the Head of State in his address to the people "A Fair State. One nation. Prosperous society".
