In 2018 it is planned to allocate 70 thousand land plots.

"The issue of individual construction is very relevant. The Prime Minister Bakytzhan Sagintayev reminded about this today at the meeting of the Government. Indeed, not all the regions are concerned about this issue. In Aktobe, Mangistau regions, up to 15 thousand land plots with all the communications provided are allocated annually. The Prime Minister instructed his deputy, Askar Mamin, to keep the issue under control. Therefore, we will now consider the progress of the construction of individual housing on a monthly basis," said Zhenis Kassymbek.

The Minister also commented on the criteria for the developers of housing under the Nurly Zher program. So, according to him, in Astana, Almaty, Atyrau, Aktau, the cost per square meter of housing should not exceed 180 000 tenge, in other cities — 140 000 tenge.

The chairman of the Committee for Construction and Housing Affairs of the MID RK, Markhabat Zhayymbetov, answered the question of journalists about the procedure for allocating land for the construction of individual housing. According to the information provided, the allocation of land for individual housing construction is envisaged in all regions, with the exception of Astana and Almaty.

Answering the question about the unfinished objects, the managing director and member of the board of the Baiterek NMH, Kairbek Uskenbayev, noted that, within the state program, there are almost no unscrupulous developers in Kazakhstan. There is only one questionable object in Taldykorgan. Now there is a lawsuit on it.
