At the meeting with the participation of Deputy Prime Minister–Minister of Finance Yerulan Zhamaubayev and representatives of state bodies considered the implementation of a number of instructions of the Head of State, announced in the Address to the Nation of Kazakhstan dated Sept. 1, 2022.

President instructed to introduce basic criteria for determining the competitive small and medium-sized enterprises, the recipients of state support measures by introducing them in the relevant regulations governing the provision of financial measures of state support.

The National Project on Entrepreneurship Development for 2021-2025 is being implemented to support small and medium businesses. Financial measures of support of business foresee preferential crediting within tools of subsidizing of part of interest rate and partial guaranteeing. 

Also during the meeting it was noted that in order to execute the instruction of the Head of State amendments were made to the rules for the provision of state support measures under the National Project. So, the obligatory condition of wage fund growth and an increase of tax deductions is provided.

In addition, participants of the meeting discussed the issue of increasing the period of subsidies up to 7 years and the differentiation of the rate of remuneration within the program "Economy of simple things". 

As a result of the meeting Yerulan Zhamaubayev gave a number of instructions to the heads of state bodies.
