Digital innovation projects launched in South Kazakhstan region

As part of the working visit of the Deputy Prime Minister Askar Zhumagaliyev to the South Kazakhstan region, projects in the field of education were launched. As it is known, the region is a pilot in the introduction of information technologies in educational institutions within the framework of the Digital Kazakhstan State Program.

Thus, in the front office in Shymkent, an automated system for selection of the teaching staff was introduced, the main advantage of which is transparency in the selection of personnel for educational institutions. Then the delegation visited secondary school No. 24 named after S. Yerubaev and got acquainted with the work of the systems of enrolling children in the 1st grade of public schools. Launched electronic journals and diaries allow parents to monitor the progress of the child, receive information about the training program and homework.

And such an innovation as online classes will help to solve the problem of shortage of personnel in schools in remote areas. Since now through the Internet connection it will be possible to conduct lessons for schoolchildren or seminars for teachers.

Automation of the educational process takes place in universities. So, students SKSU can use training materials, view the schedule, download tests and tasks for exams on a special portal.

Both in the universities, and in the schools of South Kazakhstan region classes of robotics are open., Students are already developing startup projects.

In addition, the Deputy Prime Minister got acquainted with the work of one of the city's service centers. It should be noted that since the beginning of this year, 805 674 public services have been provided by the public service centers, of which 574 319 are in electronic format.

During the visit, Askar Zhumagaliyev was presented with an automated system at one of the city's enterprises. Here, information technology can reduce operating costs by 41% and reduce electricity consumption by 10 times.
