In the republican referendum on the issue of adopting the new Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the following took part and voted at their polling stations: First Deputy Prime Minister Roman Sklyar, Deputy Prime Minister – Head of the Government Apparatus Galymzhan Koishybayev, Deputy Prime Minister Kanat Bozumbayev, Deputy Prime Minister – Minister of National Economy Serik Zhumangarin, Deputy Prime Minister – Minister of Artificial Intelligence and Digital Development Zhaslan Madiyev, Deputy Prime Minister – Minister of Culture and Information Aida Balaeva.

Ministers also voted at their polling stations: the Ministers of Internal Affairs, Defense, Foreign Affairs, Agriculture, Science and Higher Education, Healthcare, Finance, Trade and Integration, Water Resources and Irrigation, Emergency Situations, Ecology and Natural Resources, Tourism and Sports, Justice, Industry and Construction, Energy, Transport, Education, and Labor and Social Protection of the Population.
