On November 17-18, on the instructions of the Head of State N.Nazarbayev, the Prime Minister Bakytzhan Sagintayev visited Zhambyl region with a working trip. During the working trip, the Prime Minister got acquainted with the implementation of state programs and tasks of the President's Address "Third Modernization of Kazakhstan: Global Competitiveness".

One of the main events during the working visit of the Prime Minister was a cluster meeting with representatives of agribusiness and deputy akims of the southern regions on the implementation of the State Program for the AIC Development for 2017-2021.

During the meeting with the members of the Regional Council of Atameken NCE, the issues of further improvement of the business environment, promising areas for the development of small and medium businesses, legislative measures to deregulate business, as well as implementation of the Program for the Development of Productive Employment and Mass Entrepreneurship for 2017-2021, Business Roadmap 2020, development of industrial zones and single-industry towns were discussed.

On the example of multi-apartment houses construction in the Aray micro-district, the Prime Minister got acquainted with the progress of the implementation of the Nurly Zher Housing Construction Program.

Also Bakytzhan Sagintayev visited the system-forming enterprise — the plant of mineral fertilizers of Kazphosphate LLP and got acquainted with the progress in the implementation of the State Program of Industrial and Innovative Development in the region.

In the training complex "Athletic" Bakytzhan Sagintayev was informed about the achievements and prospects for the development of sport in the region.

On measures taken to develop the healthcare system in the region, the Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan was informed during a visit to the regional perinatal center.

On November 18, Prime Minister B. Sagintayev's working visit to Zhambyl region continued with a visit to a number of large industrial facilities included in the industrialization map.

In Zhualyn district, Bakytzhan Sagintayev got acquainted with the project of the largest in Central Asia solar power station "Burnoe Solar-1", with capacity up to 50 MW.

The next object in the working trip schedule was the investment project of the plant for the production of mineral fertilizers EuroChem-Fertilizers LLP, the implementation of which is also carried out in the framework of SPIID.
