He was born in 1983.
He graduated from the Kazakh National University named after Al-Farabi, Faculty of International Relations; Kazakh Academy of Labor and Social Relations, specialty "Jurisprudence"; Academy of Civil Aviation, specialty "Organization of transportation, traffic and operation of transport".
From 2006 to 2022, he served in various officer and managerial positions in the cadres of the State Protection Service of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
From 2022 to 2024, he was Deputy Head of the State Protection Service of the Republic of Kazakhstan - Head of the Presidential Protection Service of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
He was Major General of the State Protection Service of the Republic of Kazakhstan (May 6, 2022).
Since February 6, 2024, he was appointed Minister for Emergency Situations of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
