Deputy Prime Minister – Minister of National Economy

He was born in 1975.

He graduated from the Kazakh State Academy of Management.

He began his career in 1997 in the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan, where he held the position of specialist, chief specialist, head of department in the Budget Department and the Department of State Borrowing.

From 2004 to 2011, he held the positions of Head of the Department of Agency Service for Projects, Managing director for Investment Projects, Director of the Corporate Development Department, Corporate Secretary of DBK.

From 2013 to 2016, he was Director of the Department of Economic Development of the Ministry of National Economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

In different years he served for NC Kazakhstan Temir Zholy JSC, KazMunayGas Consulting JSC, NC KazMunayGas JSC.

From 2016 to November 2022, he was a member of the Board of Directors and Chairman of the Management Board of JSC Industrial Development Fund.

From November 2022 to October 2023, he was a member of the Board of Directors and Chairman of the Management Board of the Development Bank of Kazakhstan JSC.

From October 2023 to February 2024, he was a member of the Board of Directors and Chairman of the Management Board of JSC National Managing Holding Baiterek.

On February 6, 2024, he was appointed Deputy Prime Minister – Minister of National Economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan by the Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
