Minister of Internal Affairs

He was born on October 24, 1968 in Kuigan village of Kurchum district of East Kazakhstan region.  

In 1993 he graduated from East Kazakhstan State University named after Amanzholov, in 1998 he graduated from Karaganda Higher School of National Security Committee of the Republic of Kazakhstan. 

He started his labor activity in 1993 as an operative commissioner of the inter-district operative-search department of the Department of Criminal Investigation of the Internal Affairs Department of the East Kazakhstan region. 

From 1994 to 1995б he was a senior operative commissioner of the operative-search department of the Criminal Investigation Department of the Internal Affairs Department of the East-Kazakhstan region.

From 1995 to 1996б he was the head of the department on struggle against thefts and theft of motor transport of the operative-search department at the Department of Internal Affairs of Ust-Kamenogorsk city.

In 1996, he was the head of department on disclosure of property crimes and drug addiction of criminal investigation department of Criminal Investigation Department of the Department of Internal Affairs of Ust-Kamenogorsk city.

From 1996 to 1997, he was deputy chief of the department of Serebryansk Criminal Investigation Department of the Department of Criminal Investigation of the Department of Internal Affairs of Ust-Kamenogorsk.

From 1997 to 1998, he was the head of the Investigation Department of the Department for Disclosure of Crimes against Personality of the Criminal Investigation Department of the Investigative Committee of the Internal Affairs Department of the East Kazakhstan Region.

In 1998, he was the head of the Specially Important Cases Division of the Department for Combating Especially Dangerous Crimes of the Investigative Committee of the Internal Affairs Department of the East Kazakhstan region.

From 1998 to 2000, he was the head of the Specially Important Cases Division of the Department for Combating Especially Dangerous Crimes of the Investigative Committee of the ICP of the Internal Affairs Department of the East Kazakhstan Oblast. 

In 2000-2004 he was the head of the Zaisan District Internal Affairs Department of the Internal Affairs Department of the East Kazakhstan Oblast.

From 2004 to 2006, he was the head of the Tarbagataisky District IAB of the East Kazakhstan Regional Department of Internal Affairs.

From 2006 to 2008, he was the head of the Department for Combating Drug Trafficking of the Department of Internal Affairs of the East Kazakhstan region. 

From 2008 to 2009, he was the head of the Ridder Internal Affairs Department. 

From 2009, he was the head of the Ust-Kamenogorsk Internal Affairs Department.

From 2009 to 2013, he was the first deputy chief of the Internal Affairs Department of Mangistau region. 

From 2013 to 2015, he was the head of the Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan. 

In 2015 he was Acting Head of the Department of Internal Affairs on Transportation. 

From 2015 to 2016, he was the head of the Department of Internal Affairs on Transportation.

From 2016 to 2019, he was the head of the Police Department of Akmola region. 

From 2019 to 2022, he was the head of the Nur-Sultan Police Department.

From 2022 to 2023, he was Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan. 

On Sept. 2, 2023, he was appointed Minister of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan by the Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

On February 6, 2024, he was appointed Minister of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan by the Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
