Aidarbek Saparov
He was born on June 12, 1966 in the North Kazakhstan region.
He graduated from Omsk Agricultural Institute, North Kazakhstan State University named after Kozybaev.
He began his labor activity in 1984 as a state farm accountant.
From 1992 to 1995, he was zootechnician-realizer, commercial director of KT named after Kalinin.
From 1995 to 2003, he worked in commercial structures.
From 2003 to 2005, he was Deputy Director of the North Kazakhstan regional representative office of Prodkorporatsiya JSC.
From 2005 to 2006, he was First Deputy Director of the North Kazakhstan Regional Representative Office of Prodkorporatsiya JSC.
In 2006, he was the head of the regional territorial inspection of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan on the North Kazakhstan region.
From 2006 to 2008, he was akim of Shal akyn district of North Kazakhstan region.
From 2008 to 2010, he was akim of Magzhan Zhumabayev district of North-Kazakhstan region.
From 2010 to 2011, he was the deputy akim of North Kazakhstan region on agriculture.
In 2011-2019, he was the first deputy akim of North Kazakhstan region.
In 2019-2022, he was the first Deputy Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Since Dec. 1, 2022 he held the position of akim of the North Kazakhstan region.
On Sept. 4, 2023, he was appointed Minister of Agriculture by the Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
On February 6, 2024 by the Decree of the Head of State was appointed Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan
