Dinara Shcheglova appointed vice minister of information and communications of Kazakhstan

By the Decree of the Government, Dinara Shcheglova was appointed to the post of vice minister of information and communications of Kazakhstan.

Dinara Shcheglova was born in 1982 in the city of Semey, East Kazakhstan region. In 2004 she graduated from the L.N. Gumilyov Eurasian National University, in 2007 — T. Ryskulov Kazakh Economic University, in 2012 — the Kazakh University of Economics, Finance and International Trade.

She is a bachelor of management, information systems.

She started her career in 2001. She worked in commercial structures for various years.

In 2008-2009 she worked as a consultant to the World Bank Office in Kazakhstan.

From 2011 to 2018 she was a chief manager, director of the Informatization Service Model Department, managing director, adviser to the chairman of the board of JSC National Infocommunication Holding Zerde.

From January 2018 to the present, she has been a deputy chairman of the board of Zerde Holding.
