Azhar Giniyat appointed vice minister of healthcare of the Republic of Kazakhstan

By Decree of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Azhar Giniyat was appointed vice minister of healthcare of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Azhar Giniyat was born in 1969 in the West Kazakhstan region.

In 1992, she graduated from the Aktobe State Medical Institute with a degree in Pediatrics, in 2007, she graduated from Aktau State University named after Yessenov as a manager of state and local government, in 2015, she received a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Almaty Management University.

She began her career in 1993 as a local pediatrician at the city polyclinic No. 2 of Atypay.

From 1994 to 1999, she was an infectious disease doctor, head of the department of the medical sanitary unit No. 1 of Aktau.

In 1999-2001, she was deputy chief physician for the medical work of the Mangystau Infectious Diseases Hospital.

In 2001-2005, she was deputy head of the Health Department of the Mangystau region.

In 2005-2006, she was director of the Department of Health of the Mangystau region.

In 2008-2017, she was head of Department, director of the Department of the Ministry of Healthcare of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

From September 2017, she has been deputy head of the Medical Center of the Presidential Administration of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
