Kuanysh Yergaliyev appointed Vice Minister of Science and Higher Education of Kazakhstan

By the Decree of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Yergaliyev Kuanysh was appointed Vice Minister of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan. This was reported by the press service of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Kuanysh Yergaliyev was born in 1982 in the East Kazakhstan region.

He graduated from Kazakh National Medical University named after Asfendiyarov, Kazpotrebsoyuz Karaganda Economic University, Tulane University (USA), Harvard University (USA).

He has a Master's degree and PhD.

From 2009 to 2014, he worked in various positions in the Ministry of Healthcare of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

From 2014 to 2019, he worked at Nazarbayev University.

From 2019 to 2021, he was Rector of the Suleyman Demirel University.

From June 2021, he was Vice-Minister of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan, supervising the issues of higher education and science.
