Arman Turlubek resigned as chair of Committee on Water Resources

By order of the Minister of Ecology, Geology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Turlubek Arman Alashevich was relieved as chair of the Committee on Water Resources of the Ministry of Ecology, Geology and Natural Resources according to the submitted application.

Arman Turlubek was born in 1971 in the Karaganda region. He graduated from the Kazakh State Academy of Management, Kazakh-Russian University, Almaty State University of Energy and Communications.

Over the years, he worked as the head of several commercial structures in Satpayev, secretary of the Satpayev City Maslikhat.

From 2000 to 2007, he served as deputy akim of Satpayev.

From 2007 to 2010, he held senior positions in the akimat of the Karaganda region, was appointed adviser to the deputy prime minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

From 2010 to 2016, he worked in the Ministry of Industry and Infrastructure Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

From 2016 to 2019, he held senior positions in the Office of the Akim of Astana.

From July 2019, he has worked as the chair of the Committee on Water Resources of the Ministry of Ecology, Geology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
