Bakytzhan Sagintayev holds a meeting of the Coordinating Council for interaction with international financial organizations

Today in Ukimet Uyi the Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan Bakytzhan Sagintayev chaired a regular meeting of the Coordinating Council on the implementation of framework agreements on the partnership between the Government and international financial organizations, as well as the Council for Cooperation with the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD).

During the meeting, the issues of the implementation of the Women in Business project, certain aspects of ongoing projects and the approval of the Rules for the selection, coordination and monitoring of projects to promote sustainable development and growth of the Republic of Kazakhstan, implemented jointly with international financial organizations, were discussed.

Also, some issues on the current OECD projects, prospects for including new ones in the list of projects of the Country Program with the OECD, and details of the preparation and holding of the OECD meeting - the Eurasian Week 2017 in Almaty were discussed.

On October 23-25 it is planned to hold the key meeting of the OECD - Eurasian Week 2017 in Almaty, in which ambassadors and ministers of OECD member countries, members of governments and representatives of state bodies of the 13 member countries of the ECP will take part.
