The International presentation of the AIFC will take place in December 2017 in Astana. The Governor of the Astana International Financial Centre Kairat Kelimbetov reported about this during the press conference in the Government of Kazakhstan.

“In early December we are planning to hold the international presentation of the Astana Financial Centre, next year we will directly concentrate on the Road Show of our organization. This is a very large work, which in our opinion will allow the AIFC and the platform, which has been created after Expo-2017 in Astana, to become the center of attracting direct foreign investments. We also have plans in this direction,” K. Kelimbetov said.

He noted, that the Head of State defined the AIFC as “the main gates” into Eurasia and Central Asia, and the management of the Centre expects that the activities of the Centre will contribute to the plans of the state, which were voiced by the President in the Address “Third Modernization of Kazakhstan: Global Competitiveness” and in the instructions to the state bodies.
