Today at a press conference in the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan, akim of Atyrau region Nurlan Nogayev told about the implementation of the Housing Construction program "Nurly Zher" in the region.

As N. Nogayev noted, the development of individual housing construction is one of the main directions in the implementation of the program "Nurly Zher". So, for the construction of engineering and communication infrastructure in 2017, the region allocated 11.2 billion tenge, including 1.9 billion tenge from the local budget.

In order to create a unified architectural appearance of the individual housing development of the city of Atyrau, the akimat prepared 400 plots with engineering utilities. At present, the development of design documentation for 80 residential buildings is underway. The beginning of construction is planned for the IV quarter of this year.

"The question is now being resolved with the relevant central government agencies on allocating funds for the development of infrastructure to implement this program," the akim of the region added.

Nurlan Nogayev also said that under the "Nurly Zher" program, 13 houses on 675 apartments with total area 135.6 thousand square meters for socially vulnerable segments of the population in the region will be commissioned. In addition, the construction of credit housing is under way – 24 houses for 1332 apartments with a total area of ​​92.3 thousand square meters.

In total, in Atyrau region in 2017, 487.9 thousand square meters of living space have been built and put into operation.
