On the eve of Independence Day, collective monographs on implementation of Ruhani Zhangyru presented in Astana

On the eve of Independence Day, on December 11, presentation of collective monographs "Communicative Policy of Kazakhstan: Current Status and Development Prospects" and "Social Modernization of Kazakhstan" published by the Institute of Eurasian Integration in the context of implementing the program article of the President N.A. Nazarbayev "Looking into the Future: Modernizing Public Consciousness” was held in Astana.

In his introductory speech, rector of ENU after L.N. Gumilyov, a member of the National Commission for the implementation of the program for modernization of public consciousness under the President of Kazakhstan, Yerlan Sydykov outlined the high importance of monographs for the scientific and educational communities, noting that these works contain the latest materials and cover the conceptual issues of implementing the program "Ruhani Zhangyru".

The Deputy Speaker of the Majilis of the Parliament of Kazakhstan, Vladimir Bozhko also delivered a welcoming speech. He noted the importance of an integrated approach to the implementation of specific projects of the program article of the Head of State, especially when educating a new competitive and patriotic generation of Kazakhstanis. According to him, the conducted studies confirm the high support of Kazakhstanis for the large-scale transformations put forward by the Elbasy. In addition, he stressed the importance of the proposals presented for improving the legislative process.

Director of the Institute of Eurasian Integration, Gani Nygymetov, emphasized that monographs attempted a thorough and comprehensive study of the communicative and social policy of the state in the context of its perception by the Kazakh society.

For the first time, the term "integration-communicative policy" was introduced into scientific circulation, the examples of its effective implementation were shown. As an innovation supported by the Ministry of Education and Science, for the first time in Kazakhstan, open areas for discussing the results of sociological research were used to draw up specific recommendations. It is no accident that the monographs will be sent to more than 50 higher educational institutions of the country as educational and methodological material for the socio-humanitarian departments and chairs of the ANC, as well as to national libraries and their branches.

The co-authors and reviewers of the collective monographs N. Kalashnikova, T. Burbayev, Zh. Medeuov, G. Shalakhmetov, G. Telebayev, Zh. Iskakova, who spoke at the presentation, noted the need for continuing research in the format of cross-cultural dialogue and systemic measurements of society's reaction to modernization processes, and, what is more important, to increase the level of involvement of Kazakhstanis in preserving the value bases of public consciousness.
