Today, within the framework of the Government meeting chaired by the Prime Minister Bakytzhan Sagintayev, Minister of Finance Bakhyt Sultanov reported on the results of the execution of the state budget for 11 months of this year.

According to the Ministry of Finance, for January-November this year 520 billion tenge more than a year ago income was received. Revenues to the state budget came in the amount of 6.3 trillion tenge. The overfulfillment by the state budget reached 153 billion tenge. In general, the revenues of the state budget were fulfilled by 102.5%, the republican - 101.6% and local - 104.5%.

As the minister stressed, by the end of the year, 4,989.6 billion tenge or 100.7% revenues are expected to the adjusted plan.

By expenditure, the percentage of execution is higher than the figures of the previous years. In general, the state budget expenditures were fulfilled by 97.7%, the republican budget - by 98.6% and the local budgets - 97.0%.

Expenditures of the republican budget were in the amount of 10,157.6 billion tenge. According to the forecasts of the Ministry of Finance, the execution of the republican budget expenditures for the year is expected to be within 99.8%.

As for the development of funds under the state program "Nurly Zhol", as of December 1, funds allocated for the program activities were executed for 400.3 billion tenge or 96.9% to the plan for payments for the reporting period and to the plan for the year for 84.7%.

"We are going to complete the current financial year successfully and start implementing the budget of 2018 together with state bodies. All the necessary documents for the 2018 budget have already been adopted. Now the central and local executive bodies need to take all organizational measures to successfully finance the beginning of the new year," the minister said.

Bakhyt Sultanov noted that the expected overfulfilment of revenues at all levels of the budget creates the conditions for the formation of the necessary cash balances. This will provide an opportunity to begin timely financing of budget expenditures in 2018.

Minister of Defense Saken Zhasuzakov, Minister of Internal Affairs Kalmukhanbet Kassymov, Minister of Education Yerlan Sagadiyev, Minister of Agriculture Askar Myrzakhmetov, Minister of Culture and Sports Arystanbek Mukhamediuly reported on the progress of the budget execution, also, the akims of Mangistau region, Yeraly Tugzhanov and Pavlodar region, Bulat Bakauov, Almaty, Bauyrzhan Baibek and Astana, Asset Issekeshev made reports.

Summing up the consideration of the issue, the Prime Minister Bakytzhan Sagintayev instructed all central and local executive bodies in the remaining time to make every effort to fulfill the tasks set by the Head of State to ensure growth in the sectors of the economy, and by the end of the current fiscal year to take all measures to implement the budget.
