During the meeting, Nurlan Smagulov informed Nursultan Nazarbayev about the development of the automotive industry and plans for exporting cars.

"There is an increase in sales of cars. At the automotive assembly plants we started assembling MAZ. At the car factory in Almaty, we completely switched to painting and welding the bodies of Hyundai. 450 cars have been exported to the Russian Federation, an agreement on the supply of 300 Hyundai County buses to Tajikistan has been signed. We hope to carry out such operations with Uzbekistan. Thus, Kazakhstan is starting to play a significant role in Central Asia as a production site," the Head of the company concluded.

At the end of the meeting, Nursultan Nazarbayev awarded Nurlan Smagulov with the Barys Order of the II degree for special services in state, industrial, socio-cultural and public activities.
