Today in Ukimet Uyi the Prime Minister Bakytzhan Sagintayev chaired a regular meeting of the Commission on Industrial Development.

During the meeting, issues of updating and development of a new list of projects of the Republican Industrialization Map for 2015-2019 were discussed.

Minister for Investments and Development, Zh. Kassymbek, noted in his speech at the meeting that the current Map includes 28 projects, 22 – with the approved period for the implementation for the sum of 6.7 trillion tenge with the creation of 19.8 thousand permanent jobs, and 6 promising projects. To date, in the framework of the Map, 6 projects for the amount of 2.2 trillion tenge have been put into operation, 4,3 thousand jobs have been created. It is proposed to include in the Map three new projects totaling 456.2 billion tenge with the creation of more than 1.2 thousand permanent jobs. The launch of these projects is scheduled for 2017-2021.

Following the meeting, the Prime Minister gave a number of specific instructions to the responsible state bodies on updating the Industrialization Map for 2015-2019.
