On Friday, May 25, on the instructions of the Head of State N. Nazarbayev, Prime Minister Bakytzhan Sagintayev visited Kostanay region with a working trip. The purpose of the trip was to discuss the law "On Amendments and Additions to Certain Legislative Acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Improving Regulation of Entrepreneurial Activities," which was recently signed by the President.

• Upon arrival in Kostanay, Bakytzhan Sagintayev visited the new sports and entertainment complex "Kostanay," built under the public-private partnership mechanism.
• In Rudny, Bakytzhan Sagintayev visited Zhas-Kanat 2006 LLP, where he got acquainted with the Smart Poultry Farm project, realized under the state program Digital Kazakhstan.
• Also in Rudny, the Prime Minister visited Lider-2010 LLP, implemented as part of the State Program for Industrial and Innovative Development. The company specializes in processing milk and producing sour-milk products.
• The main topic of discussion with the agricultural producers of the region were innovations and changes for business, which came into effect yesterday in connection with the signing by the Head of State of the law on improving the regulation of entrepreneurial activities. They also discussed the implementation of the President's Address "New Opportunities Under the Fourth Industrial Revolution" and the State Program for the Development of the Agro-Industrial Complex.
• In the course of the visit to the industrial zone under construction, B. Sagintayev got acquainted with the progress of digitalization and technological renovation of large industrial enterprises within the framework of the Presidential Addresses.
• A quarry of the Sokolov-Sarbay Mining and Production Enterprise was the next place in the Prime Minister’s schedule. The President of the enterprise, B. Mukhametkaliyev, reported that this year several elements of Industry 4.0 are being introduced at the field, among them is the Smart Quarry project.
• At the meeting with students, issues of implementation of the President’s Five Social Initiatives, training of personnel for the new economy, increasing accessibility and quality of education, improving the living conditions of students were discussed.
• Also, B. Sagintayev visited a number of facilities in the city of Kostanay. Among them there are Altyn Arman residential complex, implemented by private developers under the state program Nurly Zher, a confectionery factory of JSC Bayan Sulu, and the Entrepreneurs Service Center.
• At the meeting with the activists and business representatives of the Kostanay region, issues of the implementation of the Address of the Head of State "New Opportunities Under the Fourth Industrial Revolution" were discussed.
