On behalf of the Head of State Nursultan Nazarbayev, July 13 the Prime Minister Bakytzhan Sagintayev visited Aktobe region with a working trip.

 

The main purpose of the trip was to familiarize with the implementation of the President's Addresses "Third Modernization of Kazakhstan: Global Competitiveness", "New Opportunities under the Fourth Industrial Revolution," President’s Five Social Initiatives, as well as state and sectoral programs.

The working trip began with a visit to industrial enterprises of the Mugalzhar district. In the Zhanazhol rotation village, the Prime Minister got acquainted with the production process of gas processing at the Zhanazhol Gas Processing Plant.

Presentations were also made on the progress of the construction of the mining and processing enterprise ALTYN EX LLP and the Gas Processing Company LLP.

In Aktobe Bakytzhan Sagintayev, on the example of Nur Aktobe micro district, got acquainted with the development of housing construction under the programs Nurly Zher and 7-20-25 — a new mortgage program within the Five Social Initiatives.

The next object in the schedule of the working trip was the Energy Efficiency Center, where the Prime Minister got acquainted with the implementation of the state program Digital Kazakhstan in the region and the tenth task of the President's Address "New Opportunities under the Fourth Industrial Revolution."

At the site of LLP Kazakhstan Plant of Oil Equipment, implemented in late 2017 as part of the State Program for Industrial Innovative Development, the Prime Minister got acquainted with the technological process of manufacturing vessels operating under high pressure and block-component equipment.

Also within the framework of the working trip, Bakytzhan Sagintayev visited a number of social facilities implemented on the principle of public-private partnership: Daru Zharygy ophthalmology center, First Aid LLP — the central emergency and first aid station, as well as Zhekpe-Zhek Sarayy.

At the end of the working trip, the Prime Minister held a meeting with the region's activists and business representatives on the issues of project management of the Third Modernization of Kazakhstan.

Akim of the region Berdybek Saparbayev reported on the achievement of target indicators and the work done for the first and plans for the second half of this year. Ministers of National Economy Timur Suleimenov, Labor and Social Protection of the Population Madina Abylkassymova, for Investments and Development Zhenis Kassymbek, Healthcare Yelzhan Birtanov, Chairman of Atameken NCE Ablay Myrzakhmetov, Chairman of Kazakhstan Foreign Investors’ Council Association Agris Preimanis also shared their opinions during the meeting. Issues of development of mass entrepreneurship, modernization of trade, employment and creation of new jobs, basic industrialization, attracting investments, etc. were discussed.
